Clyte Saunders, is an artist with a difference, who was always passionate about anything to do with art and its allied subjects.
She was initiated and encouraged by all who saw her talent from childhood and this gradually blossomed over time and
molded her into the artist she is today. Art was a very serious subject to her and hence she nurtured it by undergoing
different kinds of training such as a course in “Oil Painting from the C.P Art Centre, Chennai,
a course in Tanjore - painting, glass- frosting & etching at Calcutta and many other courses.
She has served as chief artist/teacher at the “Cultural Academy” in Chennai India and has imparted important training
to amateur artists for over 8 years.. Her son Gary
( Click to View Gary ), who draws inspiration from his mother and looks upon her as an
excellent role model,
is a fine artist himself and displays a unique originality in all his paintings.
